You will also get to know some of Třeboň s famous fishpond builders, such as Štěpánek Netolický, Jakub Krčín of Jelčany, Mikuláš Rutard and Josef Šusta, as well as the economic system of the Schwarzenberg domain. In the natural habitats and protected areas room we will introduce our Biosphere Reserve and Protected Landscape area in such a way as to make you feel like visiting the sites yourself. In the video room you can see interesting films on both the nature and history of the Třeboň region.
The whole exhibition is a combination of both two-dimensional exhibits (e.g. photographs, drawings, maps and texts) and three-dimensional dioramas and models. It has been designed in a modern interactive style - the traditional exhibiton elements being combined with up-to-date audio-visual devices so that every visitor will get as much information as possivle about a whole range of topics.
